Leading With Strengths
Unlocking Confidence, Communication and Impact
In a world where learning professionals are often focused on fixing gaps, improving weaknesses and meeting capability needs, what if the greatest opportunity for growth is already sitting within us?
In this session, Marina Taylor from Amplifyou will explore the power of strengths-based leadership, communication and facilitation. Drawing on her experience as a Transformational Leadership Coach, Facilitator, Professional Speaker and Certified CliftonStrengths Coach, Marina will share why people are more engaged, effective and confident when they understand and intentionally apply what they naturally do best.
This practical and interactive session will support learning professionals, facilitators, trainers and leaders to reflect on how strengths influence the way we communicate, lead, design learning and connect with others. Marina will also explore how strengths can be overused, underused or misunderstood, and how a strengths-based approach can help unlock better team dynamics, learner engagement and workplace performance.
