Too many online meetings are slides… and often not much else. This workshop is about how to creatively use online whiteboards and discover how playful, well‑designed activities can transform passive meetings into energising, participatory, learning experiences.

In this session we will try some activities, examine the potential learning, and discuss some design pitfalls, tips, and tricks. You will leave with plug‑and‑play ideas you can start using immediately.

Speaker:  David Lew

David is a learning designer and facilitator with over 25 years’ experience creating innovative, research‑informed learning experiences. He specialises in collaborative and social learning, helping groups discover insights through shared exploration and purposeful play. David’s work spans different sectors and communities, always grounded in the belief that learning should be an enjoyable investigation of the world. He brings a human‑centred, curiosity‑driven approach to designing experiences that spark connection, creativity, and understanding.
