Every question carries intent but not every question achieves its purpose. In this practical session, leadership and workplace coach Dr Ganga introduces the Question Intent Matrix, a simple but powerful framework to help leaders recognise the real purpose behind questions - whether to understand, guide, challenge, or influence. Participants will learn how to ask better questions that uncover insights, reduce conflict, and drive action. Participants can expect to leave with a clear tool to improve communication and decision-making immediately.
