Chad Blair is a Neurodiversity Consultant who blends his professional expertise with his lived experience as an individual with Autism and ADHD, and a parent of neurodiverse children. His unique approach champions neuro-affirming practices, creating environments where neurodiverse individuals can thrive.

As a Neurodiversity Consultant, Chad specialises in guiding organisations in adopting inclusive strategies that empower neurodiverse talent, fostering a workplace culture that values diversity, unlocks individual potential, and drives collective success. Additionally, Chad offers dedicated one-on-one coaching, empowering individuals to work with their brains, rather than against them, and achieve their full potential.
