This session introduces the Human Machine Performance Analyst (HMPA)—a hybrid role that fuses instructional design acumen with data science, people analytics, and AI literacy. Grounded in the framework from ApplyingAI in L&D: From Platforms to Performance, attendees will explore how the HMPA role transforms raw learning data into actionable performance intelligence, orchestrates AI-powered interventions, and continuously optimizes human-machine collaboration for measurable business outcomes.

- To define the purpose, scope, and key responsibilities of the Human Machine Performance Analyst
