Looking for fresh ideas to enhance learning and development in your organisation? Join us for One-on-One Skill Swap & Experience Share, in the format of speed dating!  A unique networking event designed to spark inspiration and foster collaboration!

Here’s how it works: 

Online participants will be put into small groups or one-on-one rooms to discuss one of the below in a speed dating format. Each participant gets 5 minutes to share their skill or experience. 

  • Skill Swap: Share a skill you excel in and learn a skill from your peers. From innovative training techniques to creative engagement strategies, this is your chance to exchange practical tools and insights in a quick, interactive format.
  • Experience Share: Each round, participants will share real-world examples of impactful learning and development initiatives that made a difference in their organisation. Get inspired by success stories and actionable ideas to bring back to your team.

This fast-paced, one-on-one/ small group format ensures meaningful conversations and the chance to connect with professionals who share your passion for learning and development.  

Come ready to share your expertise, gain new perspectives, and leave with a toolkit of ideas to drive L&D success!

For Sharing Skills

  1. What skill are you sharing today, and why is it valuable in learning and development?
  2. What’s one specific example of how you’ve successfully applied this skill?
  3. What tools, techniques, or resources have helped you master this skill?
  4. What are some practical tips or best practices for using this skill effectively?
  5. What challenges might someone face when learning this skill, and how can they overcome them?

For Sharing Experiences

  1. Can you share an L&D initiative or program that had a significant impact at your company?
  2. What was the key problem or opportunity the initiative addressed?
  3. What steps did you take to design, implement, and measure its success?
  4. What was the most surprising or unexpected outcome of this initiative?
  5. What advice would you give to someone trying to replicate this success in their organisation?

Cancellations and Attendance:

  • Please give 48 hours notice of cancellation.
  • Once registered, you will be expected to pay regardless of attendance.

  • ticket type e.g. member. Non-members are not permitted to attend in place of a member.
