NZATD Recharge & Refresh Roadshow 2024: An engaging and practical event for Learning & Development professionals who want to recharge and reconnect as a spring energizer! Join us to explore The Great Recharge: An NZATD award winning programme that brings wellbeing to life in a refreshingly different way.

Overview:

As learning professionals, you already know that employee resilience and organizational success are inextricably linked, but how do you bring this to life in a learning environment that is tired of hearing about wellbeing...and even more importantly how do you ensure that resilience doesn't just become a tick box to avoid legal payouts?

The answer lies in The Great Recharge! An interactive and NZATD award-winning programme which enables your people to explore resources that could prevent them hitting rock bottom or requiring psycho-social support.

Quick Charge, Fully Charged and Lead the Charge are the research informed, coaching style workshops that make up The Great Recharge, and we've taken our favourite bits from them to create a Recharge & Refresh event that's been designed just for you.

We know how challenging the last few years have been, navigating incredible uncertainty in our personal and professional lives, and of course there will be more Plot Twists in the future. So, we want to ensure you've got an enormous toolkit to help you and the people in your team navigate through them.

As an award winner, the designer of The Great Recharge <Kathryn Jackson> is committed to sharing her "Legacy Lessons Learned"; both as an experienced people professional who has designed a game changer of a learning programme and having successfully navigated the NZATD awards process in 2023.

Speaker:

Kathryn Jackson | Leadership Coach & Founder of the award-winning programme: The Great Recharge!

Kathryn Jackson describes herself as a "polite disruptor" when it comes to navigating life's turbulence and choosing health. She firmly believes that we have an opportunity to radicalise the way we are building wellbeing into our lives, and our workplaces.

She is a leadership coach, L&D facilitator, and author with over 25 years of consulting and coaching experience.

Former corporate employers include Andersen's, Ernst & Young, and the Bank of Scotland, so she totally understands the importance of learning how to thrive in a high performing and hugely demanding industry.

Kathryn holds a Masters, is a Fellow with the CIPD, and has credentials from the Oxford School of Coaching, and the EMCC so you are in experienced and qualified company.

Kathryn's own personal and professional experience supporting the rebuilds of Canterbury and the Kaikoura region led to an unexpected understanding of how we can enjoy mostly good days, even if we work in a hugely demanding industry.

Her legacy and work are shared in several books, workshop programmes and online learning, mentoring for wellbeing champions and she regularly contributes to international publications and podcasts.
