“Compliance Learning Initiative” Award

NZATD has introduced this award, in association with the NZATD Education Trust, to recognise excellence in the design and implementation of compliance-based learning solutions. The key focus of the award is to find examples of best practice, where the learning programme is aptly suited to the environment in which is delivered, and is an integral part of meeting organisational, legislative and/or industry compliance related outcomes.
Application Criteria
The winning entry will:

Include an assessment component

Relate to a nationally recognised compliance topic

Demonstrate application of the NZATD Competency Framework, Core Competencies (Adult Learning Principles and Learning and Development Practice)

Demonstrate high skills in the application of the NZATD Competency Framework, Specialist Competency ‘Assessment’

Demonstrate high skills in at least one other NZATD Competency Framework, Specialist Competency (Instructional Design, On-the-Job Training, Evaluation, eLearning, Facilitation, Informal/Social Learning)
